Cookie Policy

Version dated 27 April 2026.

This is an English translation of the Russian original. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Russian version prevails.

1General provisions#

This Cookie Policy describes how cookies, browser local storage, analytics counters and other technical identifiers are used on the DSK studio website.

By using the site, continuing to browse it, interacting with its interface, submitting forms and acknowledging the site's notices, the user expresses agreement with this Policy to the extent applicable.

The operator independently determines which technical and analytics tools the site uses, unless otherwise expressly required by law. The user accepts that the configuration of cookies, counters, tags, external scripts and local storage may change as the site develops.

2What cookies and similar technologies are#

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores in the user's browser. Similar technologies include localStorage, session storage, pixels, counters, technical tags, session identifiers and other means that make it possible to recognise a device, a browser, user actions and preferences within the operation of the site and related services.

3Technologies that may be used on the site#

  • essential technical cookies and identifiers required for the site to function correctly;
  • functional cookies and local storage used to remember user settings, language, theme, interface state and previously performed actions;
  • analytics cookies, pixels and identifiers used to count visits, analyse user behaviour and assess the performance of pages and advertising channels;
  • communication and service identifiers related to handling enquiries, protecting the site, diagnosing errors and operating external services.

4What cookies are used for#

  • to ensure the basic operability of the site and its elements;
  • to save user preferences and make repeat visits more convenient;
  • to analyse how users interact with pages, forms, buttons and content;
  • to assess the effectiveness of the site's structure, content, advertising and communication sources;
  • to protect the site and prevent abuse, repeated automated requests, suspicious activity and technical failures;
  • to improve user experience, interfaces, performance and service quality.

5Data that may be collected via cookies and counters#

Cookies and similar technologies may collect technical, statistical and service data, including IP address, browser type, device type, interface language, operating system, time of visit, referral source, history of interaction with pages, clicks, interface behaviour, session data, and other metrics generated by the analytics and diagnostic services used on the site.

The operator may use such data on its own or together with data provided by the user through the site's forms, where this is necessary to analyse enquiries, assess traffic quality, prevent abuse, identify technical failures, protect infrastructure and improve the site.

6Yandex.Metrica and external services#

The site uses Yandex.Metrica and may use other external analytics, communication and technical support services. Such services may apply cookies, local storage, counters and other identifiers according to their own technologies and rules.

The operator may, at its discretion, connect, replace or disable such services where this is required for the development of the site, analysis of its operation, protection of infrastructure or organisation of interaction with users.

The user understands that the operator does not have full control over the technical architecture, internal algorithms, retention periods, transmission channels and identifier parameters generated by external services as part of their standard operation, insofar as these depend on those services themselves.

7User consent and continued use of the site#

On a first visit to the site, the user is shown a notice about the use of cookies and Yandex.Metrica. Clicking the «OK» button confirms that the user has read the notice.

The site uses cookies, local storage mechanisms and Yandex.Metrica for analytics, assessment of interaction with pages and improvement of the site. Continued use of the site after reviewing the notice constitutes the user's agreement to this use of cookies and analytics.

8Managing cookies#

The user may at any time change their browser settings, restrict the storage of cookies, delete previously stored cookies or use dedicated tracking-restriction modes. The operator does not, however, guarantee the correct operation of individual site functions if the user has disabled technologies that the site objectively relies on for stable and convenient operation.

The operator is not obliged to adapt the site to individual browser restrictions, blocking extensions, corporate security policies, network filters, antivirus products or other user-side restrictions affecting the operation of cookies, external scripts or analytics tools.

9Limitation of liability#

The operator is not liable for the technical consequences of the user disabling cookies, local storage, JavaScript, analytics or other service mechanisms of the site, where such restrictions affect the correct operation of interfaces, forms, notices, personalisation, protection against abuse or other functions.

The operator is likewise not responsible for the data processing and cookie practices of third-party websites, platforms and services that the user may visit via external links.

The operator is also not liable for possible differences in the display of notices, the behaviour of consent buttons, cookies and analytics mechanisms caused by the specifics of opening the site locally, browser settings, privacy modes, caching, proxy servers, VPNs, ad blockers and other external factors.

10Relationship to personal data processing#

The use of cookies and similar technologies is connected with the processing of personal data and technical identifiers. Detailed information on the general rules of data processing is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

11Changes to this Policy#

The operator may amend this Policy at any time where this is required to reflect the actual configuration of the site, changes in the set of external services, the structure of analytics, ways of interacting with users or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page.
